Our system maintenance & support packages are effective and afforadable.

FEATURES

Our maintenance support agreements can be tailored to your specific needs, and come in two levels of service; The Gold Agreement or The Silver Agreement. Alternatively you can purchase ‘Time Blocks’ at a discounted rate to use at your convenience.

SYSTEM HEALTH CHECK

Four On-site preventative maintenance check-ups per year. If you require more check-ups please enquire for a tailored package.

GUARANTEED FIVE HOUR RESPONSE TIMES

We have a five hour response time guarantee during office hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm) and next day for silver package.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT

Unlimited telephone support to resolve IT related questions and issues. Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm. We are here to help!

REMOTE SUPPORT

Depending on your network configuration, we can configure remote access to allow remote control of your network for a quicker response.

ON-SITE HARDWARE SUPPORT

Complete hardware break/fix support for your PC’s. Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm. We will be there to support to minimise downtime.

BACKUP INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT

We will support you with backups and scheduled backups and PC’s and Printers will be provided where possible. Backups are a necessity.

ANTI-VIRUS SUPPORT

Apart from our free initial audit we can provide detailed and graphical network enumeration reports and audits while recommending software.

FULL NETWORK AUDITING

We provide system wide Anti-virus configuration and management. While checking for any errors and viruses to prevent problems.

PROJECTS AND ADHOC SERVICES

We can support with installation of new hardware/software purchased from Advanced Computer Solutions, office re-organisation.

More Information

In addition to the Maintenance/Support contracts a ‘Time Block’ of On-site hours per month can be purchased at a discounted rate, which will automatically include unlimited telephone and remote support. Hours purchased can be divided between both on-site preventative and fix situations. A maximum 2 hours per month can be carried over to the following month.

The following are classed as consumables and therefore replacements are not covered under either the Gold or Silver service agreements.

 

> Printer ink cartridges, laser toner cartridges, drum kits etc.
> Batteries
> Back-up media

Replacement parts and all new hardware and software sales will be offered at a discounted rate of 10% on both the Silver and Gold agreements.

Due to the highly specified nature of laptops and their components, should a swap out be agreed during a repair period, a desktop PC of equivalent or higher specification will be provided.

Whilst we will install and configure Anti-Virus Software, we will not take responsibility for keeping the definition files up to date. Even on an automated update configuration, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that their Anti-Virus software is always up to date.
